On August 6th, our world changed forever. We lost our beloved mom, Kathy Smith, suddenly and unexpectedly. She was so much more than just our mother—she was a sister, aunt, in-law, and friend to so many. 

She had a way of lighting up every room she walked into, making people laugh, and making everyone feel like family. She loved her children more than anything in this world, and despite facing her own physical and emotional challenges, she gave us her whole heart every single day. She was strong, selfless, and always put the people she loved before herself. We’re heartbroken and still trying to come to terms with this loss. 

As we begin the painful process of saying goodbye, we want to give her the loving and respectful farewell she deserves. 

Unfortunately, the cost of funeral arrangements is overwhelming, and we’re asking—humbly and with heavy hearts—for any help you might be able to give. Every donation will go directly toward her funeral, and anything remaining will help support our father, now a widow, as he faces this new chapter without her. No amount is too small, and every act of kindness means more than words can say. We will miss her every day, but her love, laughter, and spirit will live in our hearts forever.
