My name is Phu Capone, and I'm raising funds for an annual college scholarship I created in my late father's name to honor his memory and legacy. The PTT Memorial Scholarship is offered annually to graduating high school seniors, and the application places emphasis on how these students demonstrate the 4 values of family, generosity, hard work, and humility - these having been ever-present in my dad's character during his life.
As an FYI, my contribution portion each year is $1000+, and then I set a goal and try to fundraise additional funds each year. While I totally did not expect to be able to offer this scholarship award for the 6th year now, I am very grateful for the continuous and generous support from family and friends who have helped me keep it going for this long. Every single dollar donated goes to the kids!
