I just want to thank every single person who has donated, shared, and supported us during this heartbreaking time. Your kindness and generosity have helped us begin to navigate something we never could’ve prepared for, and we are truly grateful.

As we continue handling arrangements and trying to get answers, we’ve realized that there will be additional costs involved, including legal fees. We’re doing everything we can to make sure the full picture of what happened is understood.

On June 24th, my brother (Joseph) Craig Turner passed. My world was shattered. My brother passed away unexpectedly, and we still don’t know why. The hospital couldn’t give us any answers. He had been living with kidney failure, undergoing dialysis, and battling complications from diabetes. But nothing prepares you for a sudden loss like this, especially when you’re left with more questions than closure.

He wasn’t just my brother. He was like a son to me. I helped raise him, cared for him, and stood beside him through every struggle life threw his way. Losing him feels like losing a part of myself.

As I try to process this grief, I’m also facing the painful reality that I can’t afford to give him the funeral and final goodbye he deserves. I never imagined I’d have to ask for help like this, but I’m here now, humbly and with a heavy heart.
