Just hours after the Christmas holiday came to an end, in the early morning hours of December 26th, 2025, a tragedy occurred…a fatal car accident in Barre, Massachusetts, claiming the lives of two brilliant young men with their whole lives ahead of them and critically injuring a young lady as well. No parent should EVER have to receive that phone call…but our dear friends, Cheri and Michael Publicover did. They lost their beloved eldest Son MJ, at just 19 years old.

MJ was not only a son to Cheri & Mike, he was a big brother; to Jordan. He was a loving, dedicated friend to many. He was an outstanding athlete. He was loved by many. This devastating loss will be felt near and far!!

We are asking you to find it in your hearts to share this link and if you can, contribute to this fundraiser, to assist Cheri & Mike in laying to rest their son, Michael “MJ” Publicover. No parent should ever have to make these types of arrangements for their children.
