Hi everyone,
On Saturday morning, December 6, we unexpectedly lost a truly extraordinary woman. Missie was so many things to so many people—a loving wife, devoted mother, cherished grandmother, daughter, sister, and loyal friend. There was no room she entered that she didn’t fill with warmth, laughter, and joy. She was caring, brave, strong, hilarious, and endlessly giving to the people she loved.
Her passing has left an unimaginable hole in our hearts.
Missie’s husband, Todd, and her children are now faced with the heartbreaking task of planning her funeral and honoring her life in the way she truly deserves. Unfortunately, the past few years have been incredibly difficult for them. About two years ago, Missie was injured in a workplace accident that left her unable to work. As a result, they lost important benefits, and during the transition, her life insurance policy was missed. Living on one income with only a small side job, they have been doing everything they could just to get by.
We are asking family, friends, and anyone whose life Missie touched to please consider helping us lay her to rest with dignity and love. Any amount—no matter how small—will go directly toward funeral and memorial costs and will ease the burden on her family during this devastating time.
