Honoring Mina Patel: Help Vulnerable Families

My mother was diagnosed with lung cancer at age of 53. At the time, she was only given 18 months to 2 years, however, she fought the battle for 9 whole years. It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of my mother, who departed this life peacefully on 08/30/24. At the age of 62, Mina was cherished as a lovable wife, mother, and grandmother. Her kind spirit, infectious smile, and generous heart touched the lives of everyone who ever had the opportunity of knowing her. Mina will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family and the joy she brought into the lives of those around her..

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in memory of Minaxiben Patel.

The donated money goes anywhere from disabled children to the elderly population who do not have anyone as a caretaker or any money for medicine and hospital bills. In the past few years, we have delivered school bags to kids, provided food and groceries to elderly families, and helped many kids with their school and tuition fees. My team has also helped people with medical expenses such as medications and hospital bills. We are currently in constant touch with 5 different families; 3 have a special needs children, 1 with a mother and daughter, and 1 elderly couple.

We wish to continue our service and would like to grow and serve more families with similar needs.
