On January 24th, I lost my beloved aunt, Mimi (Jo), after a courageous 17-month battle with pancreatic cancer. Throughout her journey, Mimi showed incredible strength and never gave up, even when faced with countless treatments and hospitalizations. She continued to bring laughter and light to everyone around her, always finding ways to lift our spirits.

Mimi was truly one of a kind. She loved Snoopy, red lipstick, sunglasses, and beanies—her style was as bold and joyful as her personality. She was a prankster at heart, always making people laugh with her playful sense of humor. Some of my favorite memories are of us playing board games, our sleepovers, and her making me cheesy eggs and chicken wings as a kid. She was determined to make every moment count and create memories that would last a lifetime, always taking selfies with family and friends everywhere. Her love for her family was unwavering, and she inspired us all to cherish the time we have together.
