It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Mike Mappes, who left us on April 19. Mike was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, friend, and a truly kind soul known for his love of family and great sense of humor.

While we want to focus on celebrating the life Mike lived, his family is currently facing a very difficult financial reality. Mike did not have life insurance, and the final years of his life brought significant medical challenges. Cindy is now navigating the weight of substantial medical bills alongside the costs of saying her final goodbyes.

We are coming together to raise funds to provide Mike with a respectful cremation and visitation service, and to help Cindy manage the medical debt and immediate living expenses left behind.

Our Goal of $18,000 will go directly toward:

Funeral Expenses: Covering the visitation, cremation, and memorial services.

Medical Debt: Addressing the significant bills resulting from Mike’s medical care.

A Bridge for Cindy: Providing a cushion for mortgage/rent and utilities while Cindy navigates life without Mike’s income.
