Our family is heartbroken after the sudden and tragic loss of our beloved Michael (Meesh).

Mike was a deeply loved father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. His absence will be felt deeply by everyone who knew him. He had a way of lighting up every room he walked into and was known as the funniest person around. Mike always had a joke, a story, a smile, or a beer, ready to lift someone’s spirits and bring people together.

Mike was also very active in the wrestling community, where he built strong friendships and touched many lives. He was a passionate and dedicated coach to his wrestling family and recently his sons. The relationships he built there meant so much to him, and the impact he had on others will never be forgotten.

Above all else, Mike was a committed father and a devoted family man who loved the people in his life deeply. His sudden passing has left the Lorenz family grieving an unimaginable loss.

Because this loss was completely unexpected, our family is asking for help covering funeral and memorial expenses so we can give Mike the proper burial he truly deserves.
