It comes with great sadness to say Miguel Fortes has passed away unexpectedly. There’s no words I can say to describe the pain this has caused me and our family. He was suffering in pain in silence. He has left two boys behind in this world. He has left me to have to raise our youngest boy alone. This is truly heartbreaking. He was the type of person to give his shirt off his back to help out anyone in need. He was a great partner, an amazing father. He loved his nephews and his sister also his father. I need our friends and family to please help us out anyway you can. I would love to send him off with the proper service that he deserves.

He will definitely be missed.
