Dear Family, Friends, and Caring Strangers,

Our papí, Miguel Vargas Veciego, was called into God’s kingdom on Saturday, March 14, 2026. Miguel was a loving brother, uncle, father and husband who found joy in classical music, poker games, and watching soccer. His greatest loves were his 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren who he devoted much of his playfulness and love.

As we commend his soul into God’s loving arms, we pray that your generous hearts support in honoring his life and our mom as she transitions into life without her loving husband of 63 years.

Any donations we receive will go towards our papí’s funeral costs and to support our mom. Any contribution, big or small, will make a tremendous difference. If you do not have the capacity to donate, we ask for your prayers, shares, and words of love and encouragement to our family.
