Honoring Miguel: Help with Funeral Costs

Dear friends and family,

It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we share the news of our beloved brother Miguel’s passing on June 22, 2025, following a tragic incident.

On the night of June 21, Miguel and his girlfriend Ileen went out with friends to a local bar to enjoy the evening. In the early hours of Sunday morning, while they were outside, an unexpected confrontation occurred between a pedestrian and Miguel’s friends. Being the kind and protective person he always was, Miguel stepped in to help. Tragically, the pedestrian pulled out a knife and fatally injured Miguel. By the time emergency services arrived, he was gone.

Anyone who knew Miguel knew how big his heart was. He was full of life, always smiling, always uplifting others, and always ready to lend a helping hand. He was hardworking, joyful, and truly one of a kind.

We are holding his funeral on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, and will share the exact time and location shortly.
