Honoring Michael: A Gentle Soul Lost Too Soon
Donation protected
I am Amanda, raising money for funeral arrangements for my 22-year-old son who lost his battle to schizophrenia and drug addiction. His journey in this life was brief before illness took over his mind. He loved his family, the youngest of 6 siblings. He was sad as they grew up and moved out into the world. He always said, "I miss the blue house when we all lived together." He was a Boy Scout and an honor roll student in high school. He was always there for a friend and looked like he stepped out of GQ magazine. He was a gentle, kind soul. Mental illness robbed him of his life; he wanted to study philosophies and had learned Spanish fluently. He loved languages from friends in high school. He loved people, life, and languages. I love you, Michael Allensworth, and I will miss you.
