This Go-Fund-me page is to raise money to help alleviate the financial burden on Micah's family. Stephen and Deb are dealing with their loss. One way we can come along and show them our love and support is to donate to this fund to help with funeral expenses and other costs
Micah's tragic and sudden death has impacted many teens, kids and adults throughout the state of Oregon and beyond.
Micah believed in Jesus and knew heaven was his home. Now, that belief is a reality for him. Missing since Saturday night, last evening he was found in the arms of Jesus. While we grieve our loss, we have peace from God. The apostle Paul wrote, "for me to live is Christ and to die is gain." While here on this earth, Micah did live for Christ.
The "pickle-man" as he was known to the kids who attended Camp Good News, loved people. He worked and volunteered for years as a teacher for Good News Clubs and local Vacation Bible Schools. He was not ashamed of the gospel message and could be seen handing out tracts at the county fair. He loved to tell the story of salvation and new life in Christ.
Now Micah knows the "gain" that Paul referred to in Philippians 1:21. To be in the presence of the Lord he so dearly loved.
Micah has left behind some big shoes to fill. Someone needs to step into them. Will it be you?
