On January 3, 2026, our family received the phone call that no one ever wants to receive, Meghann Demers was found unresponsive and unfortunately after medical professionals attempted lifesaving efforts for over an hour it was determined that she had passed away.

She leaves behind her two children, Isabelle (19) and Lukas (15), who are now facing life without their mom.

My name is Tessa, and I am Meghann’s sister. I am creating this fundraiser on behalf of my niece and nephew to help support them during this incredibly difficult time. All contributions will go directly toward funeral expenses and to supporting Isabelle and Lukas as they navigate the days, months, and challenges ahead.
