Help cover the cost to place Matthew Seeley at rest.

It is with a heavy heart that I share the passing of Matthew Seeley, the beloved son of Amy Oldaugh-Seeley and David Seeley. Matthew suddenly passed in the early morning hours of June 8th at the age of 37, leaving his family and loved ones heartbroken. This family is struggling to cope with both the emotional pain and the financial burden that follows. During this incredibly difficult time, they are leaning on the love and support of those around them.

Matthew had a great personality and a sense of humor that could light up any room. If you knew him, you loved him. He was preceded in death by his brother, Zach Seeley, and leaves behind his siblings Thara, Emma, Maya, and Tristan, who will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.

He also leaves behind his two young boys, Gavin (8) and Joey (6). They were his world, and he was a devoted father who worked hard to provide for them and be present in their lives. He took pride in being their dad and shared a special bond with each of them. The loss they are facing is unimaginable, and they will carry his love with them always.

The boys are also deeply loved and supported by their mother, Maggie Gasser, and her family. Matthew maintained a special bond with Maggie and her family, and that connection will continue to be a source of strength and love for Gavin and Joey in the days ahead.

He also shared a close and meaningful relationship with his nieces, Olivia and Jazmine, who will always hold cherished memories of their Uncle Matt. He will always be a part of who they are and who they will grow to be.

I am reaching out on behalf of his family to help cover the cost of cremation and expenses to honor Matthew’s memory. I am setting a small goal of $3,000, but we are hoping to raise more to help support the family with financial burdens beyond the cremation and memorial costs, including helping provide for his children during this transition.

Any contribution, no matter how small, will go directly toward these needs and help ease the stress during this difficult time. If you are unable to give, please consider sharing this page with others who may be able to help.

We are truly grateful for any support you can offer, whether through a donation or by sharing this page, and we kindly ask that you keep this family in your prayers. “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Psalm 34:18

Thank you for your compassion, generosity, and support as this family navigates this heartbreaking loss.

With gratitude,
