In Loving Memory of a Beautiful Soul

It is with shattered hearts that we share the passing of an extraordinary woman — Mary Deirdre Carlo. An exceptional mother and a beautiful, generous, graceful, faithful, loving, funny, and supportive soul who meant everything to those who knew her. She leaves behind her children, Matthew, Jeremy, and Anna, as well as her grandson Dominic, whom she raised and had custody of.

She was the kind of woman who put others before herself without hesitation, because she truly saw the best in everyone. She was funny and silly and could make the best out of the worst times. Her love was steady. Her faith, strong. Her kindness was ever-reaching and everlasting. Whether you needed a listening ear, a warm hug, or just a person by your side, she was there — without question and without judgment.

Her children were her entire world, and she was everything to them. To her 17 year old daughter Anna and her 13 year old grandson Dominic she was the whole world. Every decision she made was rooted in love for them. She poured her heart into raising them with compassion, strength, and faith. They are and will remain her greatest legacy and the greatest examples of her love and light.

Her passing has left not only an indescribable void in our lives, but also unexpected financial burdens. We are raising funds to help cover funeral expenses, estate-related costs, and to support the legal and living expenses necessary to secure and stabilize custody and care for her children during this incredibly difficult transition. As we all grieve, her young children, the safety, stability, and the love she would have wanted for them, remains our priority.
