With heavy hearts, I’m sharing that my mother, Martha, has passed away. Martha was deeply loved by everyone who knew her. She dedicated many years of her life to working in the school system, touching countless lives with her kindness, wisdom, and unwavering support. Her presence brought warmth and comfort to students, colleagues, and our family alike. We always believed she would be with us for many more holidays, sharing laughter, stories, and love. Recently, she was suddenly hospitalized, and despite our hopes and prayers, she transitioned unexpectedly. This loss has left our family heartbroken—especially during what should be a joyful season.

In addition to the emotional weight of losing her, I am now facing the financial challenges of arranging her funeral services, supporting my child through the holidays, and keeping up with household and living expenses as we navigate this sudden change. Carrying all of this while grieving has been overwhelming. I am reaching out to our community for help during this incredibly difficult time.
