My name is Aude Fragapane, and I am Mark "Gumby" Holland’s coworker and friend.
On December 12, 2025, Mark tragically and unexpectedly passed away after suffering a major heart attack while at work. At just 55 years old, Mark left this world far too soon, and his loss has left an immeasurable void in the lives of everyone who knew and loved him.
Mark was a devoted husband, a loving father, a son, an uncle, and a friend to many. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Amber, and his four daughters—Mia, Michaela, Melani, and Hailey—who were the center of his world. His love for his family was enormous, unwavering, and truly special. He was a protector, a provider, and a constant source of strength and support for them.
Professionally, Mark was the hardest-working man I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was someone every one of us could rely on without hesitation—no matter the task, the hour, or the challenge. In the trucking world, Mark was simply the best. He was immensely passionate about the industry, widely respected, and genuinely renowned throughout the Cleveland trucking community. To many, he was the “GOAT” of truck drivers—loved and respected by everyone he encountered.
But beyond his work ethic and reputation, Mark was a truly remarkable human being. He was loving, funny, caring, and ambitious. He had a way of making people feel supported—whether through thoughtful guidance, steady leadership, or just sharing a laugh when it was needed most. He was someone I, and so many others, leaned on for advice, reassurance, and friendship.
This sudden and unexpected loss is devastating, especially so close to the holiday season. Mark’s absence will be felt forever by his family, friends, coworkers, and the entire community that knew him. He was one of a kind, and his legacy lives on through the countless lives he touched. His love, kindness, and dedication will always be remembered and carried forward by those who were fortunate enough to know him.
We are asking for your support during this incredibly difficult time.
All donations will go directly toward helping Mark’s family with funeral expenses and easing the financial burden they now face as they grieve this unimaginable loss. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this page and keeping Amber and the girls in your thoughts and prayers.
