On August 18, 2025, my beloved nephew, Mario, was involved in a tragic fire that left 95% of his body burned. He bravely underwent surgery and was preparing for a second, but his heart could no longer endure the trauma. On August 20, 2025, at 5:28 pm, Mario peacefully gained his wings. He was only 20 years old.

Mario was a bright light in all of our lives — full of love, energy, and endless potential. He was one of the kindest and most genuine souls you could ever meet. With a heart bigger than life, Mario always put others first, found ways to make people laugh, and showed his love in small yet unforgettable ways. If you knew Mario, you knew how much he cherished his family and the joy he felt when surrounded by loved ones.

His passing has left our family devastated, heartbroken, and facing an unfillable void.
