Honoring Maria Victoria’s Final Wish: Help Us Bring Her Home

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our grandmother, Maria Victoria Palomera Hernández, who left us at the age of 92. Her departure was unexpected, and while we are deeply saddened, we find comfort in the countless beautiful memories she left behind. She was a pillar of strength, a woman with an incredible sense of humor, and a heart so full of love that it touched everyone she met. Her kindness and warmth will forever live on in the lives of those she cherished.

My grandmother’s final wish was to be laid to rest in her home country of Mexico, a place she always held close to her heart. As a family, we are committed to honoring her wishes, but the costs of funeral expenses and transportation to Mexico are beyond our current means.

We are reaching out to our community, friends, and anyone who may be able to help during this difficult time. Any donation, no matter the size, will bring us closer to fulfilling her final wish and giving her the peaceful rest she deserves in the land she called home.

Es con gran tristeza que compartimos el fallecimiento de nuestra abuela, María Victoria Palomera Hernández, quien nos dejó a la edad de 92 años. Su partida fue inesperada, y aunque estamos profundamente entristecidos, encontramos consuelo en los innumerables y hermosos recuerdos que nos dejó. Ella era un pilar de fortaleza, una mujer con un increíble sentido del humor y un corazón tan lleno de amor que tocó a todos los que la conocieron. Su bondad y calidez vivirán para siempre en las vidas de aquellos a quienes tanto quiso.

El último deseo de mi abuela era ser enterrada en su país natal, México. Como familia, estamos comprometidos a honrar su deseo, pero los costos de los gastos funerarios y el transporte a México superan nuestras posibilidades en este momento.

Por eso, recurrimos a nuestra comunidad, amigos y a cualquier persona que pueda ayudarnos durante este momento difícil. Cualquier donación, sin importar el monto, nos acercará a cumplir su último deseo y a darle el descanso pacífico que se merece en la tierra que llamó hogar.
