I am heartbroken to share that our dear friend Marc passed away this morning after a battle with cancer that had unfortunately spread throughout his body. Even through everything he endured, Marc remained kind, funny, and incredibly loving.

Marc had a way of making people feel like family. He often called my mother his sister, and that bond meant so much to him. He loved deeply, laughed easily, and brought warmth to everyone around him.

Help for Marc’s Cat, Josie:

One of the great loves of Marc’s life was his 14-year-old cat, Josie, who gave him constant comfort and companionship. In addition to the end-of-life arrangements, I am actively working to find a reputable rescue or safe, loving home where Josie can be cared for in her senior years. Any support or shares to help ensure her safety and well-being are deeply appreciated.

I created this fundraiser to help support my mother with the costs of Marc’s cremation, an urn, and the expenses involved in caring for his belongings. These are difficult and unexpected responsibilities during an already painful time. My goal is to raise $2,000 to help ease some of this burden.
