With heavy hearts, we share that our beloved mother, Lula Johnson Hewitt, peacefully transitioned on May 18, 2025, after a courageous battle with a brain tumor that brought many health complications.

Lula was more than a mother, aunt, sister, and friend — she was a guiding light, a compassionate soul, and a woman of unwavering faith and strength. Anyone who knew her couldn’t help but be drawn to her kind spirit, infectious laughter, and generous heart. She lived her life caring deeply for others, and now, we ask for your support in honoring her final journey.

We are raising funds to help cover the unexpected expenses related to her funeral, burial, and transportation. As many of you know, these costs can be overwhelming, and we want to give Lula the beautiful homegoing service she deserves.
