Luis Gustavo was a man with an enormous heart, known for his humility, lively sense of humor, and deep love for nature and animals. For four years, he worked alongside me and my son Marlem at Heavenly Acai Co, where he became the backbone of our small business. Gustavo took pride in his work, helping us create our systems and always striving for perfection. He was creative, attentive to detail, and did everything with love. He cared deeply for my family, especially my mother, and was a cherished companion to her. While working, Gustavo loved telling funny stories, bringing laughter and warmth to our days. He also enjoyed listening to the Bible and classical music, and dreamed of one day returning to Brazil to see his mother and buy her a small home.

Yesterday, we received the heartbreaking news of Gustavo's sudden and unexpected passing. The loss has left a deep void in our lives, especially for his widow here and his mother in Brazil. Gustavo was not only a friend but also someone who supported me through my own loss years ago. Now, we want to honor his memory by coming together to support his final journey and those he loved most.

We are raising funds to cover funeral expenses, help bring part of Gustavo’s ashes to Brazil for his mother, and provide some support for his widow as she navigates this difficult time. We will also be creating a tribute page for Gustavo on our Heavenly Acai Co social media, so friends and loved ones can share memories and celebrate his life.
