Honoring Lt. Roncinske: Help His Loved Ones
Donation protected
The Norwalk Police Benevolent association is deeply saddened to announce the passing of newly retired Lieutenant Thomas Roncinske. Tom passed away unexpectedly on Saturday November 9th at his home. He was deeply loved by everyone and he was one of the kindest people anyone could know. He would go out of his way to help anyone regardless of time, place or circumstances. No matter what, Tom would be there to help, comfort or just listen.
Tom retired in March after a long and distinguished career. He was a highly decorated member of the department earning numerous commendations for the work he did. He commanded many units and was a member of the Tactical Team and the SCUBA team; where he finished as the team’s commander. Outside of the department he was a passionate professor teaching criminal justice classes.
This is an extremely difficult time for Tom’s family and his wife Jackie. The Norwalk PBA is working to raise money to offset some of the financial burden and to help the family of a man who gave so much to help others. Tom spent 35 years helping the community and his fellow officers, please help us give back for him.
