Hello, my name is Jaila and I’m the youngest daughter of Lori Thomas my mother, my heart, and my core.

My mom fought immensely for years through multiple health battles, but with so much grace, strength, humor, and love. She loved God and her family more than anything in this world. Her final moments were spent praising God, and now it’s time to lift her up to Him, just like she always knew she would be.

I was not only her daughter, but also her caregiver until the very end. And even though we prepared for so much, nothing prepares you for the emotional or financial weight of losing your mother.

I’m starting this GoFundMe to help cover her burial and funeral costs. Every dollar raised will go directly toward funeral home expenses, burial arrangements, and a peaceful farewell to honor her memory.

I know times are hard for everyone, but even a share of this link means more than you know. My mom was a beautiful, strong soul, and I want to give her the farewell she truly deserves — one filled with love, light, and peace.
