It is with great sorrow to announce the passing of my dear sweet friend Lori Landis. Lori was a beloved member of the Arlington and LA County neighborhoods and school systems. She was raised in California in a family deeply rooted in our education system. Lori raised her children outside of Washington DC where she would go on to spread a kindness so pure and was loved by so many. Lori lived a passionate life devoted to her family and community. She was a teacher, a caregiver, a loyal friend and most importantly a mother. She loved her children with her entire heart and spent her life creating a legacy of love, warmth, and sacrifice. We are creating this account to honor and celebrate the exemplary woman she was and to help manage funeral costs.
