My wife is in her final days after a three-year battle with stomach and esophageal cancer. Writing this is incredibly hard, but she deserves to be honored for who she truly is. For three years, she endured unimaginable pain—losing her stomach and esophagus, spending countless weeks in hospitals, and sacrificing her ability to work as medical costs continued to grow. Despite everything, she never lost her kindness, grace, or love for others. Nurses adored her, and when she had strength, she still cared for our home and our children, always putting others before herself.
She saved me in ways I can never fully explain. She brought peace, patience, and unconditional love into my life and became a mother to my children in every way that mattered. She made us feel chosen, protected, and deeply loved every single day. This fundraiser is to help with medical expenses, end-of-life costs, and caring for our family during this devastating time. More than anything, it is a way to honor a woman whose life was defined not by illness, but by love.
If you are able to help, thank you from the bottom of my heart. If not, sharing this or keeping us in your thoughts means more than you know.
