Son of longtime NRG employee, Ron Rhodes, Lloyd Wayne Motley, who passed away tragically at the young age of 41. He leaves behind a legacy defined by his devotion to family and his passion for football. He was a deeply loving father to his two children: his daughter, Asia Motley, who is 14 years old, and his son, Dominic Motley, who is 18 years old.

Lloyd’s lifelong connection to football was a central part of his identity. He channeled his love for the sport into a competitive outlet, playing semi-professional football for several years. Beyond his time on the field as a player, Lloyd dedicated himself to nurturing the next generation of athletes. He was a beloved little league coach, where he taught young players not only the fundamentals of the game but also the values of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. He will be profoundly missed by his family, friends, teammates, and the countless young lives he touched as a coach.

Lloyd’s passing has left his family and friends heartbroken, and his father is now facing the unexpected burden of cremation expenses. The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward covering the costs of Lloyd’s cremation, helping to ease the financial strain during an incredibly difficult time.
