It is with a very heavy heart that I share the passing of my little sister, Lizette Barrios. On the morning of August 12th Lizette passed away, she is no longer suffering or in pain. Lizette was loved by everyone around her and her contagious smile would make anyone’s day. She was the most selfless person I knew and anyone who had the privilege to meet her would say the same. She loved reading, music, movies, dogs, baseball, laughing, and she loved her family and friends so very much. What I admired most of my sister was her determination and her will to live life to the fullest. Lizette was a big part of our family’s life and we will remember her and cherish our moments together forever. My family and I would like to honor her wishes and celebrate my beautiful sister’s life with a ceremony she so deserves. Our family hopes we can raise enough funds to do just that.
