Hello everyone,

It comes with great sadness to say that on February 24, 2026, my mom, Linda Rager, passed away unexpectedly after suffering cardiac arrest due to COPD. Losing her has been incredibly hard for our family.

Mom was loving, funny, and deeply family-oriented. She stood firm in her convictions and loved her family with her whole heart. She was the kind of person who would do anything for the people she loved.

Because her passing was unexpected and she did not have sufficient life or burial insurance, I had to cover the funeral service and the cost of opening and closing the grave out of pocket. I wanted to honor her wishes as best I could, and the funeral home was kind and understanding of our financial restraint. We are also hoping to purchase a headstone so her resting place can be properly marked.

This is not easy for me to do, but several people have asked how they could help. If you feel led to give, any amount would be deeply appreciated. If you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser or keeping our family in your prayers means just as much.
