My name is Ally Puga, and I’m writing this with a heavy heart as my family prepares to say goodbye to my tía, Leticia Alma Puga Vargas, today. She fought cancer for 5 years, surpassing the six months doctors originally gave her, a testament to her incredible strength and determination. Despite her small size, she never gave up and faced every challenge with courage. She lived her life with love, generosity, and a fierce sense of purpose that inspired everyone around her.

She is survived by her children: Christian Puga, Marco Puga, and Angely Puga, and her granddaughter, Aria Puga. Our family has been surrounded by support here in Pasadena, CA and from our relatives in San José Iturbide, GTO, Mexico.

We are raising funds to help with funeral expenses and the travel costs to bring her home to Mexico so her family can be together to honor her memory. Any contribution, no matter the amount, means so much to us and will go directly toward giving her the farewell she deserves.

Ella luchó contra el cáncer durante 5 años, superando los seis meses que originalmente le dieron los médicos, un testimonio de su increíble fuerza y determinación. A pesar de su pequeña estatura, nunca se rindió y enfrentó cada desafío con valentía. Vivió su vida con amor, generosidad y un fuerte sentido de propósito que inspiró a todos los que la rodeaban.
