My name is Jamie Maddalena and I’m creating this GoFundMe in honor of my uncle, Ahijah Leroy Adams V - Lee Adams, a Father, Son, Brother, Grandfather, Uncle, and Avid Chiefs Fan who tragically passed away in a car accident on 01/01/2026 in Jefferson County.

This loss was entirely unexpected, leaving our family not only devastated but also unprepared for the overwhelming financial burden of it all.

All proceeds will go towards cremation services and to celebrate his life. If anything is left over, it will go towards his children to help with other financial matters during this time.
