It’s with a sense of disbelief we start this fund for Leah Knowlton’s family.
Tragically we lost our Leah on Wednesday, January 20th, 2021. Leah’s mother Jody and her sisters Ruth and Carrie are devastated by the loss. Leah will go home to Arlington Cemetery to be laid to rest near her family members.
As many of you may know, Leah’s dream for Murphy was to train him to be a therapy dog because of his amazingly calm and social temperament. Murphy is adjusting well to his new home and immediately bonded with a young 11yr old in his new pack. Murphy is now fulfilling that role with his new boy. Leah’s legacy of making a positive impact on all those she met lives on in this wonderful example.
Leah’s blazing personality touched many of us and will leave a lasting imprint.
