Our family is devastated by the loss of Latashia Shannel Polk. She is the stabbing victim who was taken away from us by a DFW Realtor. I’m not going to share her name because she doesn’t deserve the publicity.
She was deeply loved, and her absence has left a permanent hole in our hearts. She was taken from us and we are devastated!
She won’t be able to walk her daughter down the aisle this year. She helped pick out the wedding dress, she was excited, she was present for every moment but she won’t be here to see her baby girl walk down that aisle because she was taken away.
She won’t be able to watch her senior cross the stage or send her off to college with that proud, emotional smile she always had because she was taken away.
She won’t be at the family reunion we just started planning. Everybody was looking forward to seeing her… but we never will again because she was taken away.
She won’t be laughing with us on GTA every night, running missions, talking trash, and acting a fool like we always did. That was her joy!
She won’t be walking across the beach with us on our next family vacation. She was already booked. We were supposed to do Bahamas like we did Mexico last year… but she won’t be there because she was taken away.
There are so many things she won’t get to do, not because she didn’t want to, not because she didn’t try but because her life was taken from her!
She was taken from us, from her kids, from her family, from every moment we still needed her for. And everything we used to do together… we will NEVER be able to do again.
We want people to remember Latashia for her life, her spirit, and the love she gave to those around her. She mattered, and we will continue advocating for accountability and justice on her behalf.
We are seeking support to help cover funeral expenses and the many unexpected costs that come with laying a loved one to rest!
This is the ONLY Gofund me for Latashia Polk. If you see any other ones, please message me directly on my facebook page (where is the only place this link is posted and shared)
