Our family is heartbroken as we prepare to lay our beloved Larniece Brown to rest. She was a devoted wife, loving mother of four, grandmother of seven, and great-grandmother of six who spent decades helping anyone she could. If you knew Larniece, you know her doors and heart were always open, no matter who you were or what you were going through. She was truly the backbone of our family and touched so many lives through her kindness, strength, and love.

Larniece was also a fighter—a two-time breast cancer survivor who endured so much throughout her life, including undergoing triple bypass open heart surgery on April 15, 2026. Since then, she had not fully been herself, but she continued to push through with strength and grace. On May 16, 2026, just one year and four days after losing her own mother, Larniece peacefully gained her wings surrounded by the love of her family.

As we navigate this unimaginable loss, we are asking for help to give Larniece the proper homegoing service and burial she deserves, while also helping support her loving husband during this heartbreaking time. He will be turning 80 years old in July and has been incredibly strong through all of this, but the emotional and financial weight of losing his wife is a lot to carry. Any donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward funeral and burial expenses and will mean more to our family than words can express.
