It is with a grave sadness we’d like to let you know that Kudrat Rakhimoff, our beloved founder of the Chelsea Soccer Club of Staten Island, passed away on Thursday 10/30/2025. Known for his warm heart and generous spirit, Kudrat dedicated much of his time to coaching and mentoring young players, inspiring countless children through his love of the game. His patience, kindness, and enthusiasm made him not only a respected coach but a cherished friend to many.

Kudrat’s passion for soccer and his commitment to helping others will be remembered by everyone whose lives he touched. His legacy lives on in the community he helped build and in the young athletes he guided with care and joy.

He will be deeply missed.
