Honoring Kokomoni- Alfred Tumua Tautolo
Donation protected
Following the death of his beloved Mom on November 18, 2024, Talamai Tautolo, my Dad went for surgery to remove an infection. While in surgery, his heart stopped. The Doctors were able to revive him and he spent the next three weeks in ICU then on December 21, 2024, lost his Superhero, his dad, Tom Tautolo. On December 27, 2024, my dad’s right leg was amputated. Because of his slow recovery, my Dad wasn’t able to attend my grandparent's joint funeral on January 10, 2025. My Dad was a fighter and continued his fight so that he could be reunited with his wife and kids. One day, while in dialysis, his blood pressure dropped to 30 which resulted in him going back to the ICU where he stayed for three weeks. The Doctors had high hopes that he would be discharged and sent to Rehab to learn to walk on a prosthetic the week of March 9, 2025.
With tremendous sorrow, I announce the passing of a remarkable husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend. On Monday, March 17, 2025, at the age of 50, the best Daddy in the world, Alfred Tumua Tautolo made his trip to Heaven.
My Dad leaves behind four kids: myself (27), Sanoe (22), Rocco (17) and Hilina’i (13). He was also a grandfather to one grandson and one granddaughter, Mathias (3 months) and Tony (5).
If you feel led to contribute financially as we prepare for my Dad’s home going, you are able to do so through our gofundme account I’ve linked below. Although we face tremendous sorrow, we will forever be grateful for God’s continued comfort and provision. Thank you all for your continued prayers, support and words of encouragement. We love you all and God bless.
