We are writing this on behalf of Kimberley’s family: Matt, Kai, and Ash.

It’s hard to know how to begin something like this.

We are heartbroken as we share the news about the devastating loss of our beloved Kimberley Mitchell.

No matter our relationship to Kimberley, we knew her as a shining presence—someone who always made the world around her brighter. She embraced life to the fullest and loved her friends and family fiercely. Even during her final struggle with cancer, she fought until the very last.

To show our love, we are raising funds to cover the costs of Kimberley’s cremation and celebration of life gathering, which are the most urgent expenses right now. In addition, we want to make sure her cherished family can maintain stability and security while navigating this life-changing time.

Matt will need to transition from house husband back to working outside the home--while still providing full care and support for their sons, Kai & Ash, as they all struggle with such enormous loss. Plus, medical expenses have already severely impacted their household in the past few years. All donations will go to cover these overwhelming financial burdens during this painful time.
