“Thinking of you, wherever you are…”
Nothing could prepare us for the loss of Kenny—a soul that radiated the purest love and most exuberant joy. His sudden departure from our world on the 25th of January has left us devastated. Kenny was 34. He leaves behind his beloved Geoff and sweet pup Roger, as well as his parents, Ken and Jeanette, and siblings, Angie, April, Amanda, and Jack, their spouses, his aunts and uncles, and countless other loved ones.
Kenny was deeply adored, a friend of the world, and a light in the lives of all who knew him. As we sit in the days following his passing, we are moved beyond words to see the absolute outpouring of love and treasured memories for him. This was his legacy: love in the furthest reaches of our communities. We are honored to see his direct impact on so many lives, so many wonderful people. It gives us peace to know that his memory will live on in your hearts.
Capturing the essence of who Kenny was in a few paragraphs seems like an impossible task. He was a creative spirit with a passion for music and art. Many knew him with a guitar in hand, singing with a keen talent to unite and delight any crowd, whether that was on stage at his Saving Avery concerts, or more intimate gatherings of friends and family. His artistic ability knew no limits, creating stunning portraits and relatable comics throughout his life. He was also a skilled comedian and natural performer who loved nothing more than to spread smiles.
His family wishes to honor Kenny with a celebration of life for all to attend in the next few weeks. If you are financially able, we would greatly appreciate your support and donations to assist us in covering the costs necessary to give Kenny the service he deserves. We also kindly ask that you please share this link to help us spread the word. Unfortunately, throughout this trying time, his family is experiencing financial hardship. Kenny was between jobs and without life insurance, his father and two siblings are disabled and unable to work, and other family members have also recently lost their jobs. Any help means the world to us.
More details about his service will be soon to follow. Thank you.
With love,
