It is with broken hearts that we mourn the tragic loss of Kenneth Burton (38), Theresa Dudley (53), and Brenea Burton (41). Anyone who knew them knows they were loving, caring people who never bothered anyone. They would truly give you the shirt off their backs to help someone else, and they touched countless lives with their kindness.

Sadly, this family has endured more pain than most could ever imagine. Years ago, their mother, Joann Burton, was experiencing homelessness and was sleeping under a blanket in Washington Park when she was tragically struck and killed by a Cincinnati police cruiser while resting. Despite that devastating loss, the Burton family stayed together and leaned on one another through the hardest of times.

Now, tragedy has struck this family once again. With the loss of Kenneth, Theresa, and Brenea, their brother Jerry is left as the only surviving immediate family member. No one should have to endure this much heartbreak.

We are asking the community to come together and support Jerry and the family with funeral expenses and other immediate needs during this unimaginable time. Every donation, prayer, and share means more than words can express.
