Honoring Katie Steele Billings; In Lieu of Flowers

So many people’s lives were impacted by my loving sister, who was taken from us way too soon. She loved her family more than anything in the world. Thank you to everyone who has reached out to us asking how you can help or if we need anything. I believe the best way to honor my sister would be to help her two sweet children who are being so strong though all this.

A donation to this fund for them in lieu of flowers at her memorial service would be what my sister would want and all donations are appreciated. For those that can attend her memorial service, please see below for the details. It would be great to hug your necks and share stories about Katie. For those that can't attend, the service will be live-streamed on the funeral home's Facebook page.

Connor is a freshman at the University of Arkansas and a member of the Razorback Marching Band, following in the footsteps of his sweet mama who marched on that same field when she was his age. Kayla is a freshman in high school and is also a talented musician in her school band and spent the last several years excelling in competitive cheer and dance. They both are outstanding students and have the biggest hearts.
