Honoring Julieta's Legacy with Love

In Loving Memory of My Mom

Today (Tuesday 2/14/2025), we find ourselves grappling with an unimaginable loss. Our mother, Julieta Cabasa, passed away peacefully at 11:39 AM. She was not just a parent; she was the heart of our family. Her laughter filled our home with joy, and her kindness touched everyone she met.

Mom dedicated her life to helping others, always putting our needs before her own. She taught us the importance of compassion, resilience, and love. 

However, on the morning of January 19, 2025, there was a sudden change in her condition. She began experiencing shortness of breath, with an oxygen saturation level of 82. 911 was called, and she was taken to the emergency room, where she stayed for three nights. She was diagnosed with metastatic cancer in her abdomen. After returning home, she was placed in hospice care. Three weeks later, she passed away.

Now, as we navigate this painful chapter without her, we are faced with the overwhelming responsibility of honoring her memory and managing the expenses that come with her passing.

We are reaching out to you, my friends and community, in hopes of finding some support during this difficult time. The funds raised will go towards her memorial service and any other outstanding funeral expenses.
