Honoring Juan's Kind Soul: Funeral Support Needed

My name is Veronica, oldest daughter of Juan A. Camey Sr. I received a phone call that I’ve never hoped of receiving on Saturday night. My dad passed away April 11th, 2025, but his lifeless body was found Saturday, April 12th, 2025, by one of my uncles. I am making this GoFundMe account in hopes that I can receive some support from my community, family, and friends. He was an amazing father, grandfather, and friend. He would always try to help those who needed a hand; he always went above and beyond to help his friends and family. He was a very kind soul. He was always trying to help. He ran a successful tire shop and had his frequent customers because of his personality and how much of a people person he was. He always tried to make you laugh.

My family and I are now facing significant financial challenges with preparing for the funeral (cremation, headstone, etc.), and your generosity will make a huge difference in helping ensure that we can honor my dad’s life and offer him a dignified farewell. Your kindness means so much as we navigate through our grief and our world without him. Although his time on earth has ended, his stories and memories will live on in all who loved him.
