Honoring Joyce Ware: A Loving Farewell

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Joyce Ware, who left us peacefully at the age of 69 after a long and courageous battle with dementia.

Though dementia slowly took pieces of her memory, it never touched her spirit. Joyce remained loving, joyful, and full of light until the very end.

A Life Filled with Music, Family, and a Little Magic

Joyce was the heart of our family. She had a gift for bringing people together — and she did it with ease. Whether it was for a family dinner, a birthday, or just a cozy afternoon, she found a way to gather her children and grandchildren in one room, where love and laughter always followed.

She cherished life’s simple joys:

• Dancing to her favorite songs

• Working on her dot books with quiet focus

• Enjoying fish and chips (with plenty of vegetables!)

• And most of all, spending time with the people she loved

She was a devoted mother to her children:

• Shaneta Ware (Mouth), her oldest

• Cleo Ware Jr. (Sweet Pea)

• Daryll Ware (Teddy)

• And her baby sister, Sabrina Ware (Boo)

Joyce also had a soft spot for fairies — especially Tinker Bell, who reflected her playful, magical spirit. That sparkle never left her, and we saw it in every smile, every laugh, and every moment she gave us.

Why We’re Asking for Help

We are raising $23,000 to respectfully honor Joyce’s final wishes for her burial and funeral services. This amount will cover:

• Funeral and burial expenses according to her wishes

• A memorial service to celebrate her life with family and friends

• Final medical and long-term care costs
