"Honoring Josh: Help Give Him a Beautiful Farewell"

Anyone who was lucky enough to cross Josh Eaton's path, could not help but feel the love he radiated from his giant smile and booming "Hiiiii".

Joshua "Josh" Thomas Eaton, from Marshfield, MA unexpectedly passed away peacefully on March 19, 2025 at Boston Children's Hospital surrounded by his loved ones.

Josh was a 27 year old who was a beloved son, brother, friend, student, patient, and a true graduate of life. He had a late diagnosis of Arginase 1 Deficiency, a rare urea cycle disorder at the age of three which left him with complex medical needs. He required 24/7 nursing care. Josh's family provided him with the most loving and attentive care. Josh faced challenges with unwavering courage despite the ongoing medical challenges he battled every day.

Josh was a warrior!

As we come together to celebrate Josh's life and the joy he brought to so many, we are asking for support to help offset the costs of the funeral and a gathering to honor his memory. Any contribution, no matter the amount will go directly toward funeral expenses and a celebration of life where family and friends can come together to share stories, laughter, and love -just as Josh would have wanted.
