Honoring Joseph R Hook a good soul gone way too soon!

It is with devastating sadness that our family shares the passing of our immensely loved youngest brother, Joseph. Losing Joseph comes as a complete shock to our family. Our hearts will never be whole again.

To know Joseph was to love him. He was the outgoing one of the family. His contagious laugh brought as much joy as his humor. All the kids of the family loved their uncle for his goofy and fun-loving personality. Whether he was out fishing with his friends, playing video games, or just out rooting on all the little ones who looked up to him, he always did it with a true heart and a smile on his face. His untimely passing is a huge loss for everyone that knows him, and his absence will forever be felt.

Our family has begun to attempt to make arrangements to lay Joseph to rest. With the sudden loss of such a loving soul, we are now facing unexpected funeral expenses while picking up the broken pieces of our hearts. We have set our goal amount based on initial phone calls made over the last few days. Funeral and memorial arrangements are still being finalized to give Joseph the farewell he so greatly deserves. Due to the circumstances, services will be held at Lord Ebling Haus Funeral Home and once further details on a date is secured we will be sure to share that information.
