In Loving Memory of Joseph Perez Sr.

It is with deep sorrow, and with faith in God’s eternal promise, that the unexpected passing of Joseph Perez Sr. is shared (November 16, 1956 – December 10, 2025). His sudden passing has deeply affected all who knew him. While the loss is profound, there is comfort in believing he is now resting in God’s peace.

Joseph passed away suddenly from what appears to have been a heart attack. He had recently been evaluated by both his primary care physician and cardiologist, with examinations indicating no immediate concerns at the time. His passing has been classified by his physician as a “sudden death.”

Joseph was known as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and brother. He was widely regarded as the foundation of his family—selfless, steadfast, and guided by faith and love. Throughout his life, he consistently placed the needs of others before his own. His absence leaves a significant and lasting void.

Many members of the community have reached out seeking ways to offer support or contribute. As the family grieves this unexpected loss, they are also navigating unforeseen financial and logistical challenges. No preparations were in place for such a sudden passing, and as the primary provider for his household, Joseph’s death has created considerable uncertainty. This period is especially difficult as his wife has been unable to work due to ongoing medical conditions and multiple surgeries over recent years.

This fundraiser has been established to provide support for Joseph’s wife and family during this time of transition, with the goal of offering stability and security moving forward. No retirement plan had been established, and due to Joseph’s extensive medical history, obtaining life insurance had been extremely limited.

Any contribution, given voluntarily and in kindness, will help provide much-needed peace of mind as the family leans on their faith and the support of the community.
