“Rest in peace, Jose Cornejo. It’s hard to believe you’re gone. Your warmth, laughter, and kindness touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing you. You will be deeply missed, but your memory and spirit will live on in our hearts forever. Jose Cornejo will forever be remembered for his great hospitality and attention to detail in his limo/driver services. He leaves behind 10 grandkids and 1 great-grandchild, 5 kids, brothers, and a wife that will be greatly affected by his untimely death.

Unfortunately, due to his untimely death, we are asking for any donations. 100% of donations will be going to the funeral services and his wife, Ofelia Margarita Cornejo.

Funeral & Cremation service will be held at 4800 N Austin Ave, Chicago, IL, 60630 from 4pm-9pm; with service will start at 7pm on 11/19/2025.

*Donations in cash will still be accepted, due to Fundraiser will be finalized on Monday 11/17/25*
