My uncle…my best friend.

It is with a heavy heart and profound sadness to share the bad news of the unexpected passing of my uncle, Jorge Nunez, on Saturday evening. For many of us, he wasn’t just an uncle but a wonderful person, humble and compassionate. For some of us, a good friend.

He touched countless lives with kindness, compassion, humor, and unwavering support. He gave with his right hand without letting the left know of all his good deeds.

We are reaching out to our friends, community, and family for support during this challenging time. He left this world in Mexico and we would like to honor his return home. We are raising money to help cover some essential expenses like repatriation of remains, transport, funeral arrangements and associated costs.

Any contribution, no matter the size, will significantly help alleviate the financial strain and allow us to bring him back home.
